Hoast Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hoast website and web application (the "Service") operated by Hoast ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, payment information, and any participant information for events.

Refunds

We issue refunds for access to the web application within 7 days of the original purchase.

Ownership

When buying access to the web application, users gain the ability to use the application. Users are responsible for how they use the application and for any damages that may occur.
